Show me your shoes - Triona

Triona is our volunteer for this weeks shoes, you can find her cute blog here at winter tree.

She says:

"I LOVE shoes - having sometimes been a bit overweight, shoes have always been my friends when clothes became sworn enemies. No matter how bad the scales are, your feet don't get fat, so I think my love for all things shoe-like comes from that. These I bought the other day in my local shoe store, after coveting them for all of 3 days - HAD to have them, and the beauty of them is that they are sooooo comfy - I love admiring those stunning shoes with towering heels but I cannot do high heels - just not able, but these are best of all worlds - height + comfort = one tall and happy stepper.

And, let's face it, they are so cute too, or at least I think so !"

I think so too Triona, love the pop of colour! We are seeing a lot of comfy and stylish looking practical shoes ladies! I am pretty impressed.

I am now intrigued to see those not so wearable shoes. Who has a pair of fab but impractical shoes, you just can't wear them, or bare to part with them? Let us see them! Email me ----->

  2. Wow that was a quick response you didn't even give me chance to email you! hehe. Those crocs look great! especially in purple. I did think about buying some of the croc pumps because they do look super cute and nicer than the originals. Both my parents have originals which they always wear and I did wonder. I think i may need to take a trip to the croc shop!

  3. defo - love the originals too but always find them a bit clumpy for streetwear ! Yes, quick off the mark as I am avoiding the housework at the moment, so have been checking the news, the weather, google reader, more news, etc etc...however I must now and face my vacuum cleaner and toilet duck and just get on with it :) :)

  5. I love 'show me your shoes'. I have loads of lovely, very impractial ones that make me very tall - but they're currently all still in boxes from the move. You don't need 5 inch sparkly numbers to paint a flat unfortunately!

  6. That is very true! I hope that when you've finished decorating you'll give them out so show us all! I think we deserved some sparkliness on this blog! And i'm really in the mood for impractical shoes as everyone so far has been very kind to their feet!

  7. Great shoes! I am way to clumsy to wear heels so I like a tall thick heel - even though I am 6 ft tall and feel like a monster, but oh well!

  8. I will do ;) I'm kind to my feet by day – but not that kind by night I have to say – but it is fun being 5'8 for a while!

  9. I have a friend who is 5"10 and she looooves wearing heels, she also has a friend who is 6"2! and my friend started to convince her to wear heels when they go out! When i went to see them I looked like i was from the borrowers! (at just 5"6). I think you should get your heels out Amy!
